He has expertise in HACCP, internal auditing (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001), Halal standards, certification processes, SOP implementation, documentation control, and compliance verification across food production systems. He serves as the Coordinator at the National Alliance for Safe Food (NASF), where he provides strategic leadership in strengthening collaboration between industry stakeholders and regulatory authorities. He plays a central role in driving engagement initiatives, leading seminars, expos, conferences, and professional forums that promote dialogue, innovation, and compliance excellence, along with training and awareness programs to enhance industry understanding of food safety requirements across the supply chain.
